1. The company implements special protection for female employees in accordance with the law.


2. The company will also strictly abide by and enforce relevant national and local laws and regulations in this regard:


  a) The factory shall protect the safety and health of women at work and labor in accordance with the law according to the characteristics of women, and shall not arrange work and labor that are not suitable for women. 5. The company will also strictly abide by and enforce relevant national and local laws and regulations in this regard:


  a) Child labor refers to children under the age of 16 who have labor relations with the factory.


  b) Juvenile workers refer to workers who have reached the age of 16 but have not reached the age of 18.


  c) The "Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that factories shall not recruit minors (child labor) under the age of 16. Any unit or individual is prohibited from introducing employment for minors under the age of 16.


  d) The "Special Protection Regulations for Juvenile Workers" requires that juvenile workers should undergo a health check before they are assigned to work. Do not perform work that may endanger health or safety, including night shifts and overtime.


  e) The factory shall provide relevant occupational safety and health education and training for juvenile workers before they take up their jobs; the physical examination and registration of juvenile workers shall be handled and paid by the factory in a unified manner.
